Deep down my guts, I know what I must do. From nothing or no one, I will ever rely on. True dedication to the cause is my only path. To me this is my war, this is my sacrifice.
I gotta stand tall and never let go. My sacrifice; the weight my world on my back. I must grasp to my dreams and show I am strong, as long as my lungs will be filled with air.
This torch is mine to bear. A proof of honor to my code. I might never come back from this march. On my own, I will bleed dry for what I worked for.
Clear the path, there is no stopping me. Step aside from my sacrifice.
I’ll stay forever faithful to what I once said. Sacrifice means more than striving. Don’t swear allegiance if you’re not ready. I’ll swear, this cross is mine to bear.
